These two blends of seasoning we originally developed to add more flavor to fish like halibet and other type of fish.  It does that well but it turns out the be great on so many other things the list is too long to cover them all.  
 
Available in original blend and hot blend for people who like a little more heat.  The hot blend is the same as the original with chipolte and cayanne added for a mild spicy blend.
