Our Ulu knife design originated in Alaska and is an improved design over more primative options available.  This knife makes an excellent skinning knife as well as a major time saver chopping and cutting in the kitchen.  
 
The curved blade makes it easy to simply rock the blade and chop or cut effortlessly.
